Foods?
The chart below shows the
contribution of various food substances to the acidifying of body fluids. In general, it is important to eat a
diet that contains foods from both sides of the chart. Allergic reactions and other forms of stress tend to
produce acids in the body. The presence of high acidity indicates that more of your foods should be selected
from the alkalizing group. Check your pH using a pH Test Kit to find out if your selections are providing the
desired balance. It is best to eat a diet comprised of 25% acid foods
and 75% alkaline foods, and to have an Alkaline PH increase. We hope you will find this chart helpful on your journey to

Eating and drinking too much (or any) acidic foods, with a lowered pH, results in
inflammatory disorders which can become symptomatic when combined with gene flaws. Kidney stones
come from acid ash formed in the urine in the kidneys. Pancreatitis and cholecystitis are inflammatory
disorders. Acidification caused by drinking milk, causes gas, bloating, acne, asthma, and eczema. A
physician who pretends to study milk allergies has recently reported that you can just go on eating milk,
year after year, and the allergies and diseases caused by milk acidification will just go away! I wonder who
pays him to write his articles and lie to the public like that. Milk is a near poison for the acidification
and all the diseases it causes. Lactose intolerance is intolerable and will never go away once you get it.
Never drink Cow's Milk or any other kind of milk. Do not feed it to your children.
SLE is an inflammatory allergic reaction to your own protein. Gout comes from the
acidification associated with drinking wine. The hangover from drinking liquor is not limited to the head
pain-bad feelings experienced the next day. It occurs in the back pain, shoulder arthritis, and
osteochondritis (fraying of the cartilage in your joints) that goes on and on and on weeks after the
so-called hangover is gone. Yes, breast cancer occurs with greatest frequency in obese women, who are
consuming excesses of acidic foods. Chronic inflammation and a little genetic flip and cancer of the breast
